Sometimes the high level of stress somebody is experiencing will lead them to achieve below their true potential. Having a calm mind and feeling relaxed and confident can help hugely in you performing to the best of your ability.

We will explore some visualisations that you can take with you to bring about a feeling of calm and confidence. I would expect to see you for just one or two sessions but can do more if you feel you need it.
