Smoking cessation

We all know how bad smoking is for us and the health risks it poses but it is a notoriously difficult habit to quit. It is never too late to quit so don't let that hold you back. The sooner you stop though, the sooner your body can start to heal and recover. Hypnotherapy works by accessing the subconscious mind and with powerful suggestions we can change the mind's attitude towards smoking and cigarettes.  

For the treatment to be as successful as possible you need to be thoroughly motived to succeed with the positive change you have chosen to make.

For most clients, just a one two-hour session at £150 is all they need to stop smoking. I will send you some questions in advance of our session so I have as much information beforehand to make the session as successful as possible. For those that need it, I will offer a free back-up one-hour session, included as part of the therapy.
